How to change your MFA authentication method
1.Start by navigating to
https://login.microsoftonline.com/
2.Login using your network login credentials
3.Navigate to the right corner of the screen which shows your avatar or
profile picture and select view accountÂ
4.Then on the left side of the window click on security info ( highlighted)
5.You will then see the options you selected for MFA whether it be text,
authenticator, questions etc.
6. You will also see the options and device you selected for MFA sign in.
This is where you can make changes to the method used for MFA sign in
options or make deletions by selecting change or delete
