If Youtube or another site is not working properly you may need to clear your browser and PC cache.
Option 1 - Clear cache and cookies
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
.
- Click More tools
Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
Please try these in order and only go to the next step if the problem is not fixed.
Option 2 - Reset all Chrome settings
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
Settings.
- At the bottom, click Advanced.

Option 3: If that doesn't fix the issue you can try clearing the cache of your Windows PC.
- Click “Start” and type the word “Command” in the Start search field and press enter.
- In the open prompt, type “ipconfig /flushdns” (without the quotes) press enter.
