If Youtube or another site is not working properly you may need to clear your browser and PC cache.

Option 1 - Clear cache and cookies

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More.
  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

Please try these in order and only go to the next step if the problem is not fixed.

Option 2 - Reset all Chrome settings

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More and then Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click Advanced.
    • Chromebook, Linux, and Mac: Under "Reset Settings," click Restore settings to their original defaults and then Reset Settings.
    • Windows: Under "Reset and cleanup,” click Reset Settings and then Reset Settings

Option 3: If that doesn't fix the issue you can try clearing the cache of your Windows PC.

  1. Click “Start” and type the word “Command” in the Start search field and press enter.
  2. In the open prompt, type “ipconfig /flushdns” (without the quotes) press enter.
