A recent update to Chrome to begin discarding unused tabs (those in the background/not active) in order to optimize resources. This behavior causes Skyward, when in the background, to have login issues and crashes (it is no longer active so gets "thrown away").
Skyward recommends, on a case by case basis, to install the Chrome extension below:
