This step can only be performed after your account has been registered with Microsoft. There are separate instructions for setting that up.
Click on the OWA mail link on our homepage and enter your account. In this example, I am using a test account called [email protected]. Select the option at the bottom (Forgot my password).
At the next screen please enter the characters in the space provided.
The following screen is the first step in verifying your identity. These are settings that you would have entered when registering your account prior. Select the option you wish. I have selected to send a code to my cell phone via text message. Enter that code when you receive it and select next.
There is an alternate option to answer the security questions that you entered when registering your account.
Once those questions are answered you will be sent to the last screen which will allow you to enter your new password.
