If IXL skills are not working correctly on your student's device, your student's browser may not be loading all of the file.

A good first step is to remove any unknown extensions. You can find directions for doing both here.

If the student continues having difficulty, I suggest resetting their browser settings. To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Chromebook as the student.
2. Open Chrome.
3. Click the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner.
4. Click Settings.
5. Scroll down and click Advanced.
6. Scroll down some more, then choose Restore settings to their original defaults at the bottom.
7. Click Reset settings.
